Forever, Light
In 2008, I was inspired by a Bathtub Madonna, which are shrines created for the Madonna out of old clawfoot tubs. I went to the thrift store and bought a small TV for five dollars. Make a Wish
I have two works exhibited throughout September for the Arts Cheyenne ArtHaus mobile gallery. My style fits perfectly within this month's theme: Plein Air. There is another part of my style that fits in with themes of today: Reclamation. Most Beautiful Iris
A local couple asked me to paint a trio of botanicals on an old basement window from their home. Each flower represents a special person in their lives. I love how it turned out. The middle flower, edelweiss is not native to any region in which I have lived, therefore I did not have experience painting it. The rose is a botanical I come back to again and again.
